We have partnered up with FSI Middle East to bring industry leading Computer Aided Facilities Management Software (CAFM) solutions, such as Concept Evolution and FSI Go, across our portfolio to ensure efficiency and effectiveness throughout our operations.
Our centralized Helpdesk will act as a single point of contact for day-to-day FM Operations. The Helpdesk team will be using our FSI Concept Evolution CAFM system to ensure that all calls and activities are logged, with a timestamp, and tracked in real time. Requests will be prioritized based on criticality and client requirement. The Helpdesk will be coordinating and dispatching teams for service requests, planned preventive maintenance activities, and complaints. The team will also be able track tasks using pre-defined escalation processes and contract specific service level agreement (SLA) schedules.
